Shock Shaft Assembly for 2000-09 DR650SE

SMSA SU01 – $399.99 The Race Tech Shock Shaft Assembly for 2000-09 DR650SE adds a Rebound Adjuster, Rebound Shock Separator Valve, a Gold Valve and a custom Ride Height to the stock shock. The OEM shock does not have a Rebound Adjuster. The new shock shaft can be shortened for lower seat height.

VINTAGE HUSQVARNA PISTON BAND

FPPR HQ35 – $39.98 per pair. As most vintage enthusiasts know, early Husqvarna forks piston bands commonly wear out and eventually break. These parts are now obsolete from the factory.

Race Tech is dedicated to vintage, and have produced a hi-performance replacement for mid to late 70s conventional 35mm forks. These bands are very slippery and seal exceptionally well.

RESERVOIR PISTON ASSEMBLY

FKTC RP3601 – $67.99 per pair. Race Tech’s "Reservoir Piston Assembly" replaces the stock KYB component which is made of a weak nylon composite material, and is known to break. Our replacement Part, is made of Aluminum to add strength and durability to the Piston Assembly.

SHOWA 50mm SHOCK QUAD RING TOOL

TSPR 50 – $14.99 This unique tool allows removal of the shock piston without damaging the piston band on the new Suzuki Showa shocks. The tool fits in the cir-clip grove to allow the piston to slide past the groove without damage. Tool fits 2010 RMZ250/450 only.

The TSSC 02 Shock Spring Compressor is strong, light weight, and easy to use.  All that is required to remove the shock spring is a 19mm wrench.   The tool comes with 4 adapters (60, 66, 72, and 75mm) for different size spring collars and both an eyelet and clevis adapter.  Invented by Jason Eldredge of Corporate Suspension in Utah, this one is so cool you’ll want to remove shock springs just for the fun of it.
